What is a dental implant?
Many people all over the world suffer from tooth loss. So to combat this the Dental Implant was invented as a replacement for a natural tooth. They provide a solid foundation giving you a fixed solution for your missing teeth.
Where you have no root we perform surgery to place a small titanium screw into your gum. Once complete we will place a temporary tooth on top of your dental implant. You will return to our clinic after 3-4 months when we will place your finalised tooth abutment onto the implant.
What is a crown?
One of the best ways of explaining a crown is as a cap that is placed over a tooth. It will cover & protect the tooth from previous issues like cavities, fillings, dental caries (decay) or root canal treatment.
As a rule, your tooth is filed down using CADCAM digitally precise technology. Once that is completed, we then cement the crown on to the remaining part of your tooth. It fits just below the gum line leaving you with a natural-looking smile.
What are dental veneers?
A dental veneer is a tailor-made & ultra-thin shell of porcelain that covers the front of damaged or chipped teeth. We cement bond these shell covers to change the shape, size, colour or length that you desire.
They are often known as porcelain veneers which come in the form of different types of material. The more commonly used ones are Zirconium & EMAX. Everyone’s teeth are different so consult your dentist for the best veneer option for your smile.

When I enter the dentist, there is always a friendly face at the reception which is comforting, since no one really likes the dentist!
All of the staff are professional in my opinion.
Dr. Ana Bonevska is a great dentist. She is always happy and very caring in how she anticipates your needs as a patient and obviously knows her work perfectly! Whilst very professional she is also a great English speaker, and communicates everything that she is doing so that I know what’s going on.
Besides the obvious things we all don’t like about a trip to the dentist, its actually very enjoyable there with its team of professional happy people. It has, I believe, all of the newest technology there too.
I wish every dental practice was like this one, so I count myself fortunate to have found it.

Dr Lukanoski runs a first class operation. From the VIP treatment picking us up from the Airport in a Mercedes to the quality dental care. The Dr did something you will never see in America. My wife wanted her teeth whitened in addition to the two crowns. The Dr measured the color of her teeth and told her they did not need to be whitened. Doctors in America will always take the money if given the option but not this Dr.a man of skill and integrity. Skopje is a great City and very affordable !
